Suzuki announces SuperMotocross teams
Suzuki Motor USA, LLC is pleased to announce its riders for the upcoming 2024 Supermotocross season. The HEP Motorsports teams return to represent Suzuki with strong returning talent along with promising new recruits.
The Pipes Motorsports Group dual team will once again compete in the 450 class championship. For 2024, HEP Motorsports returns with two teams under the HEP roof: Progressive Insurance ECSTAR Suzuki, and Twisted Tea Suzuki Presented by Progressive Insurance.
The 2024 Progressive Insurance ECSTAR Suzuki team has elite rider Ken Roczen (94) on the proven Suzuki RM-Z450. Roczen had an extremely successful 2023 season in his return to Suzuki. He took an emotional victory in the Indy Supercross and captured several podium finishes in 2023.
Roczen's intelligent, technical riding style and solid performance resulted in a strong second-place finish in the 2023 Supermotocross Championship, and tied for third place in the 2023 Supercross season. Roczen was also crowned the overall winner of the MXGP class at the MX of Nations in France and finished the season as the 2023 World Supercross champion.
In addition to Kickstart Kenny, Kyle Chisholm and Shane McElrath will also be in action within the Twisted Tea Suzuki Presented by Progressive Insurance Team.
Ken Roczen: “I'm excited to be back for 2024 with the Progressive Insurance ECSTAR Suzuki Team. We have built a great foundation and I am eager to keep trying to get our Suzuki on the podium. The team and I are very motivated!”.

In addition to the three riders above, there is also the BARX Team that recently switched to the brand with the typical yellow motorcycles. Within that team, no fewer than five young riders will compete for points. They are Preston Boespflug, Frenchman Anthony Bourdon, Max Miller, Derek Drake and Dilan Schwartz.
