Janis Reisulis ends the season in style
The last race of the European Championship 125cc Presented by FMF Racing was won by Janis Martins Reisulis. The Yamaha rider wins both heats on the Matterley Basin circuit and succeeds Cas Valk who took the title last year. Simone Mancini (4-3) is second in the daily rankings ahead of Maximilian Werner (3-7). Gyan Doensen finished tenth in England and finished the championship in ninth.
Harry Seel crosses the finish line in 30th place, Emile De Baere does not finish and Ian Ampoorter does not take action during the second heat.
The season is over, so the title goes to Yamaha for the first time since 2018. It is the second time that a Latvian has won this championship, in 2013 Paul Jonass won the EMX125.
