Former motocross site Neeroeteren is now a bike park
A brand new Bike Park opened yesterday on the former motocross site of Neeroeteren. Cyclists can go there every day for trips that focus on endurance and technique.
The “Waterloos” quarry used to be home to the “Kiezelgraven” cross-country terrain, where Harry and Stefan Everts grew up. After a long procedural battle, MC Maasland had to hand over the site and it was made available for a new project. This is now available with the Bike Park where cyclists and walkers can enjoy the new infrastructure every day from 8 a.m. to 22 p.m.
