Dutch ladies also the strongest in GB!
Last weekend the third match of the IMBA Women's Class took place in Lower Drayton, England. It was once again the Dutch ladies Britt van der Werff and Amber Simons who determined the competition. It was Van der Werff who took the day's victory, taking first place twice and second place in the heats. Simons finished second with two second and first place finishes in the heats. In third place was Britain's Grace Richards with two third and one fourth place finishes in the heats. She stayed ahead of Dutch Kaylee van Dam, who managed to achieve a fourth place twice and a third place in the heats.
The Dutch Cyntia Swets completed the top five with two sixth and seventh places in the heats. Best Belgian was again Anaïs Nowakowski. With two seventh places and an eighth place in the heats, she finished seventh in the daily rankings. Van der Werff defended a lead of 42 points over Amber Simons. In turn, Simons will have to see that she keeps Van Dam behind her, who is 39 points behind Simons. The battle for fourth place seems the most interesting. Nowakowski is fourth with an 8-point lead over Swets. The best non-lowland is Tragus Floriane in sixth place. The Frenchwoman is 17 points ahead of Joy Couvreur, who will hope to change this during her home match. Fynia Messiant follows in eighth place.
