Rick Elzinga also misses the GP of Latvia
Unfortunately, Rick Elzinga will also have to miss the Latvian Grand Prix. The Yamaha rider will miss the eighth round of the FIM MX2 World Championship due to a broken collarbone. This was contracted during training in preparation for the French GP. An operation followed, but during physical training a bolt came loose, which required further intervention. The recovery has therefore been delayed and the EMX250 champion will not be in action at the Motocenter Zelta Zirgs.
Teammate Jago Geerts is also absent due to an injury, so Thibault Benistant must uphold Yamaha's honor on his own.
