Dutch electric crosser EMX XF30 can now be ordered!
EMX Powertrain is proud to announce the release of its newest electric dirt bike: the XF30! One hundred XF30s, part of the first limited series, are now available to pre-order.
After two years of development, EMX Powertrain is ready to unleash the ultimate electric motocross experience. The XF30 is designed for the purest driving experience. It combines the look and feel of proven motocross engineering with the sensation of electric power. It's the perfect combination of driving as you know it and clean power.
By combining the best qualities of a dirt bike (X) with the freedom (F) of clean technology, the XF30 offers a unique balance between the thrill of riding and simple operation. The platform in which the 30 kW electric drivetrain is mounted has already proven its worth. The aluminum frame with double beams is equipped with KYB suspension, which makes the motorcycle feel like an experienced motocross rider.
Thanks to the advanced and innovative cooling design, the electric motor and battery are built to deliver high power at all times, while requiring limited maintenance, so you can keep driving as much as possible. In short, the XF30 offers a beautifully crafted combination of balance and performance.
Specs
With a power of 40 hp, 720 Nm (at the rear wheel) and a 4500 Wh battery, the XF30 is up to any challenge. Whether you want to explore an enduro course, race a motocross circuit or just go for a spin, this bike can do it all. The XF30 is equipped with a mapping switch to ensure you have the perfect characteristics for your ride.
Elmar Dohms, founder of EMX Powertrain: “We are extremely proud that we can finally show the XF30. I would like to thank everyone within EMX Powertrain who has worked hard to get where we are today. We drew the motorcycle from a blank canvas, developed an electric powertrain and built a dirt bike that showcases incredible balance and performance. We believe this first limited series will appeal to many early adopters and is our first step in contributing to the future of the sport. I would also like to point out that the XF30 is the first commercial application of our EMX high-performance powertrain, with many more to come, starting with a street-legal motorcycle in 2024.”
Custom edition delivered in Q1 2023
EMX will start production of the XF30 with a limited series of one hundred engines, to be delivered from Q1 2023, before ramping up production in the near future. Pre-ordered limited edition bicycles will receive a special label on the frame. If you order now, you will receive your XF30 as soon as possible.
