Rob Hooper is retiring
The Rob Hooper Racing Team (Rob Hooper Racing) will not return to the British racing quarters in 2022. After almost 35 seasons, Rob Hooper has decided to stop working. The 67-year-old Hooper is going to enjoy his retirement! Hooper managed to work his way up to GP level and has been working in the sport since 1987. That year he became team manager of the British Suzuki team with Rob Herring and Jeremy Whatley as riders. He later ran the Suzuki UK Team for which Brian Jorgensen made his GP debut in 1995.
In recent years he has been mainly active in his own country, where young talents have been given time to develop, such as Lewis Hall, Taylor Hammal, Sam Nunn and Ryan Houghton
