Kawasaki 2022 off-road range offers six models
Kawasaki starts the 2022 season confidently with no fewer than six off-road models in various sizes and disciplines. You are spoiled for choice with a first two-wheeler for youth and junior MX machines, to competitive dirt bikes for the fiercely contested MX2 and MXGP classes.
For the first introduction to the off-road world, Kawasaki offers the compact KLX110 four-stroke machine with semi-automatic gearbox. This 110cc crosser has both a kick starter and an electric starter motor as well as an adjustable throttle limiter for a manageable learning path. The KX65 gives junior riders their first taste of off-road competition. The KX65 is a rugged, easy-to-maintain and thoroughly competitive machine, while the renowned KX85 stands ready as the next bike in the sights of many young and fast-rising riders.
Both the small-wheeled and large-wheeled KX85 recently benefited from a number of upgrades. For example, the KX85 received newly designed radiator covers that ensure improved airflow to the radiator of the water-cooled two-stroke.
One step higher in the range we encounter the KX250. The quarter-liter in the Kawasaki motocross range has received many of the high-quality specifications of its big brother: the KX250 has the same frame and swingarm as the KX450, as well as the hydraulic clutch construction and the very practical valve slider construction from the Ninja Superbike, a system that allows greater valve lift and higher engine speeds.
The king of Team Green is the 2022 model of the KX450. This KX450 is a motocross bike with a real winning mentality. This engine appears in showrooms with top specifications and various innovations, such as a friction-reducing coating on the piston walls. Modifications have also been made to the clutch, with clutch coil springs and a conical spring, which together provide a reduced operating force and a larger engagement range of the clutch lever for better controllability.
The six 2022 models will make the hearts of both new and experienced motocross riders beat faster! The new 2022 models will be available at Kawasaki KX dealers from mid-July
