Mickael Pichon will participate in Le Touquet
Two-time 250cc world champion Mickael Pichon will compete in the Enduropale in Le Touquet at the end of January. He will do this together with his companion Clément Dumez. Both will ride the race for a good cause.
Pichon won the beach race on the French Opal Coast ten years ago, but now has another reason to participate. That reason is called “Extreme Opale Challenge”. The idea is to help the Reves association (www.reves.fr) that enables seriously ill children to realize one of their dreams. Mickael and Clément will start the race last, two minutes after the last wave. For each overtaken driver, a jackpot will be fueled by donations from partners and private individuals who can also bet remotely.
Mickael Pichon: "I really like the challenge, we will be riding for a good cause and I am all the more motivated. I started training again this year with Zach. We prepare a Honda 450 CRF for the race in Le Touquet. "
The Enduropale du Touquet will be held on Sunday, January 24, 2021.
