ADAC MX Masters: Tixier win, Renkens a nice second
Top favorite Jordi Tixier convincingly won the first ADAC MX Masters in Grevenbroich. In the first round in Tensfeld, the French former MX2 world champion was again the best today. Nathan Renkens was the best Belgian, he came in a strong second.
Polesitter Tixier kept it simple and led from start to finish. Renkens (NR83), who had started third, convincingly proved himself to be 'best of the rest'. Although that was already more than 28 seconds behind the winner. Tom Koch (Sarholz KTM), Gert Krestinov (KMP Honda) and Lukas Platt (DW Racing Kawa) completed the top 5.
Kevin Wouts (17th) and Jeremy Delince (18th) had to settle for a place in the top 20. The last two rounds of the championship are scheduled for tomorrow.
