Arnhem LIVE: Van de Moosdijk on pole for Geerts
During the 250cc time training, fireworks were immediately visible in Arnhem. In the heavily occupied quarter-litre class, Bas Vaessen took pole halfway through the session with 1'37.035, Gianlucca Facchetti was the first to dip below 1'37, but in the end Roan van de Moosdijk came out on top!
It took a long time for favorite Jago Geerts to set a fast lap. However, Geerts also got going and approached Van de Moosdijk's time by 2 tenths of a second. Fachetti, Vaessen and Beaton complete the top 5.
EMX250 rider Kay De Wolf finished seventh, just ahead of World Championship leader Tom Vialle. MX2 Vice World Champion Thomas Kjer Olsen had to settle for 12th. The first round for the MX2 riders starts at 12:40 PM.
