VIDEO: Adrien Van Beveren's crash in the Dakar
The Frenchman of the Monster Energy Yamaha Rally Team was not able to enjoy the Dakar Rally for long. Yesterday Van Beveren crashed heavily and at a very high speed. The match was immediately over for the sand specialist. In the video you see how he loses control while he had about 120 km/h on the odometer at the time.
The emergency services and the helicopter quickly arrived on the scene and were able to quickly take him to the medical service of the bivouac. The crash happened a few kilometers after the start of stage 3. Adrien Van Beveren was ranked tenth in the standings.
