Davy Pootjes on a Kawasaki in the MX2 World Championship
In 2020, Davy Pootjes will switch to Kawasaki. The 21-year-old motocross rider will compete for F&H Racing Shop in the FIM MX2 World Championship on a KX250F. Pootjes is currently working hard to recover from his ankle injury sustained in the Czech Republic.
Last season, the Gelderlander stood on the podium during the Italian GP in Mantova. After the French GP, Pootjes occupied eighth place in the championship standings! The two-time Dutch champion and former EMX85 champion will first recover and only then make his return to both the World Championship and the Dutch Masters of Motocross.
