Big news in mini format: Husqvarna EE5!
No, it is not really revolutionary and yet… KTM and Husqvarna announced that they are coming up with an electric children's dirt bike for the 2020 model year. Kuberg and Torrot/GasGas, among others, preceded them. But the fact that the world leader in the field of off-road motorcycles is now coming up with this is incredibly important.
KTM launched the brand new SX-E 5 electric mini-crosser at EICMA in Milan. Completely comparable to a naturally aspirated 50cc. Sister company Husqvarna was able to announce the EE 5 engine. These blood relatives will fall under the 2020 model year, although in practice it will not be that long to wait. After all, next summer you can admire these little gems at the dealer!
Husqvarna's EE 5 offers young riders their first step into the world of electric motorcycles. The Kuberg and Torrot also have a lot to offer, but as we are used to from Husqvarna - and of course KTM - it is a high-quality product in the house line. A real racer for the little ones! Fully customizable and adjustable to the rider's level and needs, the Husqvarna EE 5 offers a quiet and extremely user-friendly introduction to off-road riding. What we remember:
