Unknown Hungarian wins, Jens Getteman on podium in ADAC Möggers!
Next to Liam Everts who won the 85cc took, we were able to record other successes for some of our lowlanders! On the perfectly prepared and beautifully hilly course, which is about a seven and a half hour drive from “Lommelwood”, Jens Getteman in the ADAC MX Masters and Jeffrey Dewulf also managed to score strongly!
In the ADAC MX Masters class, all eyes were mainly on guest pilot Jeremy Seewer. However, the Swiss missed out on the overall victory because he did not get further than seventh place in the first moto, due to a very bad start and a crash on top of that. The series victory in this first round went to the Belgian Jeffrey Dewulf ahead of Bence Szvoboda and Lukas Neurauter. Jens Getteman in turn finished sixth and Jeremy Delincé just maintained his place in the top ten.
In the second heat, those present did get the logical victory from Jeremy Seewer, this time after a good start and a short duel with Henri Jacobi. This Henri Jacobi also saw Jens Getteman pass halfway through the race and then finished third behind this pair. In fourth place we again found the unknown Hungarian Bence Szvoboda. He made optimal use of the fickle results of the competition and unexpectedly scored the overall victory with his second place in the first heat and his fourth place in the second heat. With his 40 points he stayed one point ahead of Jeremy Seewer (7-1), Jens Getteman was then the third man on the podium with his 6-2 result that gave him 38 points! In the overall standings we find fellow compatriot Jeffrey Dewulf in fifth place. The man from West Flanders won the first heat, but missed out on a possible final victory in Möggers, Austria, by only finishing eleventh in the second heat. Jeremy Delincé (10-8) and Nathan Renkens (16-6) also finished in the top ten of the overall standings, eighth and tenth.
