IMBA: Belgians and Dutch absent in the Czech Republic.
On Sunday, July 15, the IMBA youth riders took action in Krasny Dvur, Czech Republic. Unfortunately, the Belgian and Dutch motocross riders failed to attend and no one was present. With the 85cc there were some Germans, two Italians, a Dane and a Swiss who had taken the trouble to travel. A total of 12 motocross riders appeared at the starting gate.
It was the German Jan Krug who won both heats. He stayed ahead of the Italian Alex Trento, who finished second in the daily classification based on the second heat. The Dane Hugi Kristoffersen was allowed to take a seat on the lowest step of the podium.
Fourteen riders from the Czech Republic were at the starting gate for the MX2 youth. However, they were not eligible for points for the European Championship due to their age. It was the German Marvin Müller and the Swiss Madox Bleiker who fought for the points. Müller managed to win both heats.
