MX2: Flanders wins, Prado with redplate!
In Loket has Calvin Flanders won the first round of the Czech Grand Prix. After a reasonable start, the Honda rider managed to move forward very strongly and triumph with a wide lead. Thomas Covington comes second for Jorge Prado who thus takes over the lead in the standings. For this round, Prado and Pauls Jonass stood shoulder to shoulder with both 550 points to their name! The best Lowlander (Flanders is and remains a South African for me) will be Iago Geerts, the Yamaha rider crosses the finish line in ninth. The best Dutchman is Bas Vaessen, who crosses the finish line in thirteenth place. Brent Vandonick finishes sixteenth ahead of Micha Boy de Waal. Davy Pootjes did not start, he is still suffering too much from his crash in Semarang.
