EMX250: Clarke wins again in front of her home crowd.
Won two years ago Steven Clarke (photo) on the circuit of Matterley Basin the EMX250 competition. That victory is still fresh in the Brit's memory and he wanted more. The Car Glass Honda Racingrider managed to climb to the top step again. The Honda rider won the first moto, he came second in the second moto, but that was enough for the win. His compatriot Josh Spinks (3-8) came second for the Frenchman Pierre Goupillon (9-3). Martin Barr remains the leader in the standings, three points ahead of teammate Mel Pocock.
Before the Belgians knew Cyril Enjoyment to score, he finished 16th in the first moto, but in the second moto he continued to score points. The match of Roan van de Moosdijk was disappointing, he did not finish both heats. The Brabander crashed hard in the second moto, but fortunately the Yamaha rider was unhurt. However, he drops to eleventh place in the championship standings.
