Dakar: The rankings turned upside down, Vanbeveren drops out!
The tenth stage of the Dakar rally turned the rankings completely upside down. Adrien Vanbeveren fell and had to leave the race! Big names like Kevin Benavidez en Toby Price got lost and that caused a lot of time loss. Had that problem Matthias walkner not, he won and is also the new leader! The Austrian has an almost 40 minute lead Joan Barreda-Bort! Benavides has managed to limit the damage reasonably well because the Argentinian is now third in the rankings. Maikel Smits finished 29th today and remains the best Dutchman.
