Ronde Des Sable Loon: Nathan Watson wins, ahead of Jeffrey Dewulf!
The second round of the 24MX French Beachcross Championship in Loon Plage had a completely different format. This time the riders had to work for 2h30. Gave again endurist Nathan Watson leaves everyone behind. Jeffrey Dewulf came in a strong second!
A total of 229 participants came to Loon for the second race of the French beach racing championship. This time too, Watson won with dominance. After all, he made it with a lead of 46 seconds over Jeffrey Dewulf. In addition, Yentel Martens, fourth, and Axel Van de Sande, fifth, were also doing well. Van De Sande even set the fastest lap of the race!
After many years on Suzuki, Steve Ramon made a successful switch to Yamaha. In his blue debut, 'The Bomb' finished 7th. Herentals player Raf Belmans put in a great performance in this select group and finished 24th.
