Prado: “Will probably still be here next year”
For a while it seemed that Jorge Prado Garcia would never participate in the world championship. The young man immediately seemed to cross over to the American scene to chase titles for KTM. A scenario that ultimately did not happen. The Spaniard, who is currently in his World Championship MX2 Rookie season, has already won his first Grand Prix. And it looks like he will also try to clinch Grand Prix victories in 2018 and no Nationals and Supercross victories.
The Trentino Grand Prix winner made this clear in an interview with MXVice. Prado said that it is very likely that he will still be active in the world championship next season. Because would she he; “It would be nice if I could race in America. However, Pit Beier's idea to use this year as a learning year and then fully show what I can do next season and compete for the title is also attractive. Going to America as world champion gives everything a little more cachet. So that is the plan now.”
