Jordi Tixier wins his very first GP in MX2
Jordi Tixier managed to take his very first Grand Prix victory of his career in Loket. With a series win and a fourth place, the Frenchman had enough to take the victory. It was certainly one of the most exciting MX2 races of the season. Due to Herlings' retirement, the road was completely open for the GP victory and his Red Bull KTM teammate Jordi Tixier has already gratefully taken advantage of this.
Jordi Tixier takes his very first GP series victory!!!
It was Standing Construct KTM rider Valentin Guillod who took the holeshot ahead of José Butron and Jordi Tixier. But it was Jordi Tixier who immediately took the lead in the opening lap. Behind Tixier's back, a group was immediately formed including Butron, Guillod, Gajser and Febvre. After four laps we had a duel for second place where the Frenchman Febvre came out on top. At the front, Tixier pulled away from his competitors and Guillod started to increase the pressure on second man Febvre. Tim Gajser had already dealt with Butron and was riding solidly in fourth place. The leader Jordi Tixier kept everything under control and took the victory in this first series. Romain Febvre was able to respond to Guillod's pressure and finished second ahead of the Swiss. Furthermore, Gajser, Butron and Seewer crossed the finish line. Our compatriot Lieber started eleventh and finished just inside the top ten with his ninth place.

Charlier wins and Tixier takes his first GP...
It was Tonkov who took the holeshot ahead of Butron, Gajser and Lieber. The winner of the first series Jordi Tixier was in thirteenth place, slightly behind Romain Febvre. Butron quickly took over the lead and immediately got Charlier in his corner. After a few laps we immediately had a duel for third place with Tonkov, Tixier, Ferrandis and Febvre. In the end it was Ferrandis who immediately moved up to second place. Because we also had a new leader at the front with the Frenchman Christophe Charlier. Febvre had also already passed Tixier and Butron and was therefore in third place. But that only lasted a few laps and Febvre made a mistake, which even put Guillod in third place, who had also passed Tixier. Charlier held his ground at the front and won this second series ahead of Ferrandis and Guillod. Jordi Tixier crossed the finish line in fourth place and took his very first GP victory of his career. Our compatriot Julien Lieber finished tenth in this second series.
