Will Hahn and Christian Craig out, Malcolm Stewart in.
The final race of the supercross championship undoubtedly claimed its victims. Christian Craig had a nasty crash during the qualifications in Las Vegas. He broke a bone in his wrist that he had broken before. It is therefore out of precaution that Christian will recuperate throughout the season. To keep his engine running, the Troy Lee Design Honda team started looking for a replacement. They found him, James' Stewart little brother, Malcolm stewart then goes riding outdoors. His team, JStar KTM disbanded just after the end of the supercross season. So the question remains whether Stewart has enough time to prepare and the 450cc Honda to become normal.
Winner of the East coast title, Will Hahn had to believe it too. He crashed during the free practice sessions in Las Vegas. All evening the Geico Honda rider rode around with a broken hand. Still, Will showed enough character to hang on to his first title as a professional motocross rider. The newly crowned supercross champion hopes to return during the Budds Creek National, which is the 5e race of the season.
