Stabilo Progrip MX Team in Zwarte Cross!
The complete Stabilo Pro Grip MX Team will appear at the start on July 26-27-28 during the famous De Zwarte Cross in Lichtenvoorde. Multiple Dutch Champion Marc de Reuver (29) comes with teammates Brian Bogers, Axel Van de Sande and Juan Carlos Benito del Barrio to Gelderland.
Black Cross
The Zwarte Cross is a bizarre mix of motocross, music, stunts, theatre, humor and lots of craziness and spectacle. The coming together of these apparently completely different worlds in combination with the characteristic Achterhoek cosiness and hospitality of the festival creates a worldwide (!) unique party. From the first edition (1.000 visitors) to the previous edition in 2012 (156.218 visitors), one thing is clear for visitors and organization: nothing is impossible! The highlight for the time being was a motocross rider who jumped over the twenty-meter high main stage during the British top act Kaiser Chiefs in front of a frenzied field of 40.000 'Black Crossers'. Yes, life is one big party!
Hawkstone Park
This weekend the International Motocross at the Hawkstone Park circuit was on the calendar. The team was on its way to the boat when word came in that the race had been canceled due to bad weather. Brian had landed at Eindhoven Airport at 9am after a training internship in Spain with the KNMV selection. Because the team had almost arrived at Calais, it was decided to train at the Dunkirk circuit.
Shirts
For the match in England, the first shirts for 2013 were supplied by Pro Grip, here's a sneak peek! Marc's shirt with the famous number 14.
