Pourcel brothers to CLS-Kawasaki
The CLS Monster Energy Kawasaki Pro Circuit is also serious in the MX1 World Championship. Jean-Jacques Luisetti's team wants to make a big splash in 2012, which is why Christophe Pourcel (23) and Sébastien Pourcel (26) were recruited. Yann Lozano will lead the MX1 team, Harry Nolte is technical director for both the MX1 and MX2 projects. In any case, Christophe's confirmation in the GPs is a good thing for the championship and the European fans because the talented Frenchman showed that he can challenge Tony Cairoli.
For the first time since 2007, when they both rode for GPKR-Kawasaki, the Pourcel brothers are competing for the same team. After a failed adventure with MotoConcepts-Yamaha, Cri-Cri returned to the GPs this summer, where he achieved great results at the end of the season. Sébastien is currently busy recovering from a back and shoulder injury. A few weeks ago he was back on the motorcycle for the first time. Jeremy Fontaine remains the mechanic for Christophe Pourcel.
