Several fractures for Ken Roczen
Ken Roczen crashed in Nashville last weekend and had to retire. Upon further examination, it appears that he suffered a fracture of the knee joint of the tibia, a fracture of the foot and a fracture of the toe during the crash.
The crash was caused by a shock absorber that suddenly gave up the ghost. It means that Kickstart Kenny will have to throw in the towel for the remaining AMA Supercross races.
Ken Roczen: “Alright, after further evaluation it looks like I'll be out for a while. It turns out I broke my knee joint, my foot and my toe. No surgery is required at this time, but we are still gathering information and further evaluation. That's really all I have right now. Hello SX24 you were very cool! My fans and partners, you make it great fun and it's a pleasure to come to the races and get the support you give us.”
