EK Enduro: Andrea Verona win in Castiglion Fiorentino
The European Enduro Championship kicked off in Italy. In Castiglion Fiorentino there were even some World Cup riders present, such as Andrea Verona and Samuele Bernardini. It should come as no surprise that Verona was able to control the match.
After Verona, it was Bernardini who ended up in a logical second place in the E2 class after the two days. Limburger Dietger Damiaens scored seventh place in this class. In the E1 class, victory went to the Italian Davide Soreca. The Dutchman Tommie Jochems came 11th.
The second race will be held in San Marino on June 15 and 16.
