Sven van der Mierden the strongest in Oss
For the third time this year, Sven van der Mierden has won a competition at the KNMV Open Dutch Championship 500cc. The GasGas driver was already the strongest in Varsseveld and Boekel earlier this year. Now the Brabander takes the day's victory in Oss by crossing the finish line as winner of both heats. Mike Bolink (photo) finishes second in the overall standings by finishing both heats in third place. Belgian Cedric Grobben completes the podium at 'Circuit De Witte Ruijsheuvel'.
The championship continues on September 10, when the KNMV will be guests in Limburg for the first time at MCC Meijel.
