Completely Dutch podium at IMBA Ladies!
Last Sunday the last IMBA competition in the women's class was scheduled in Kersbeek, Belgium. It was the Dutch Britt van der Werff who defended her leading position and won the IMBA title with three heat victories. Compatriot Amber Simons took second place three times in the heats. With this she held off Kaylee van Dam and finished second in both the daily rankings and the final standings. With three third place finishes, Van Dam secured an all-Dutch podium in the daily rankings and in the final standings.
The best Belgian followed in fourth place. Anaïs Nowakowski concluded a good IMBA season with two fourth and fifth places in the heats and also finished fourth overall. Cynthia Swets completed the top five in both classifications with a fifth and twice sixth place in the heats. Not the lowest in the daily rankings was the Swiss Joyce Zachmann with sixth place. In the final standings it is the French Tragus Floriane who had the honor of finishing as the best non-Lowland.
