Courtney Duncan close to the world title
With one round to go, Courtney Duncan has taken an important victory in Afyonkarahisar. The Kawasaki rider wins the first round of the final of the FIM WMX World Championship. Larissa Papenmeier came second ahead of Daniela Guillen, Duncan now has 21 points ahead of the Spaniard. With fourth place, Lynn Valk became the best Dutch ahead of Lotte van Drunen. Shana van der Vlist finished eighth, Danee Gelissen (11th) and Britt Jans-Beken (12th) also managed to get into the points.
Tomorrow morning at 9.45 am the twelfth and final round of the season!
