Ampoorter suffers a broken wrist in England
The last race of the European 125cc Championship went very differently than expected for Ian Ampoorter. The talented Belgian had moved heaven and earth to be able to return to action in Matterley Basin after his ankle injury. The GasGas driver was there and qualified for the competitions without any problems. However, things went wrong in the first lap of the first heat. Ampoorter crashes and breaks his wrist, which means a new recovery period begins for the F4E Racing driver.
