Hunter Lawrence wins again, Deegan wins a moto
The second race of the Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship 250MX was also won by Hunter Lawrence. The Australian won in Sacramento with a third and first place ahead of Justin Cooper (2-2) and his teammate Haiden Deegan (1-4). The 17-year-old Yamaha rider won the first moto by playing Cooper smartly. Lawrence had a poor start in the first moto and made the most of it by finishing third.
In the first heat, Tom Vialle was in third place for a long time, but later he lost that place and finished seventh. The second heat was much better, the Frenchman in third! Guillem Farres also managed to score well with a sixth and eighth place. Jeremy Martin had a tough day in Pala but things didn't go much better during the Hangtown Classic Motocross. Martin only scored the first heat with a thirteenth place.
Next time:
The third race is on June 10, when the points will be distributed at Thunder Valley Motocross Park in Lakewood. The circuit that we also know from the Motocross of Nations in 2010.
