Hunter Lawrence also the best in Thunder Valley
The third race of the Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship 250MX was also won by Hunter Lawrence. The Australian won in Sacramento with a second and first place ahead of Justin Cooper (1-4) and his teammate Levi Kitchen (5-2). In the standings, Lawrence now has a 16-point lead over Cooper. Haiden Deegan, four and nine today, drops back to third place in the standings.
Not a good match for Tom Vialle. The KTM rider was involved in a major crash in the first moto and fought back to sixteenth place. Later he had a hard crash, ending up 29th and not starting the second heat. Joel Rizzi was also in action at the Thunder Valley Motocross Park and the Brit managed to score three points in the second moto.
Next time:
The fourth race will be held next weekend, at the Mount Morris circuit.
