Werner wins, Doensen finishes sixth in Mölln
During the second race of the ADAC Junior Cup 125cc, Gyan Doensen finished sixth. The WZ Racing rider finished fourth and sixth during the heats on the Mölln sand circuit. Janis Reisulis crossed the finish line as winner in both heats, but he was penalized for ignoring the yellow flag. The day's victory went to Maximilian Werner (5-1) ahead of Mads Fredsoe (3-4) and Reisulis (1-11). The Latvian remains in the lead after two of the six games.
A strong performance by Tyla van de Poel, the Belgian (14-8), finished eleventh in the daily rankings, while Levi Schrik (20-10) also managed to get into the points in both heats. Douwe Vanmechgelen (11-DNF) and Mick Kennedy (18-33) scored once.
In two weeks the ADAC MX Masters will travel to Denmark for the first time. The points will be distributed on May 27-28 at the Randers circuit. Even then the 85cc class will not be in action!
