New layout for the Lommel circuit
Few changes have been made to the Lommel circuit in recent years, but that will change this year. In the meantime, the direction of travel was changed, but the Municipal Motocross Center remained unchanged for a long time.
Now plans have been made to make it much more attractive for the public and drivers.
By moving everything, the circuit will be very heavy, as before. The Pitlane and the start with associated Skybox will move to the outside of the course, which provides better visibility of the start and the whole. The public zones will also be better connected, which will only increase the atmosphere! A so-called “Carousel” will also be added, a long bend that just keeps going.
Everything will be ready against the MXGP of Flanders that will be held in Lommel on the weekend of July 22 and 23.
