Jans-Beken has an eventful Spanish GP
The third race of the FIM WMX World Championship was not without problems for Britt Jans-Beken. On Friday, her father was admitted to the hospital, which naturally placed a heavy burden on her shoulder. Fortunately, Team Van der Vlist provided the necessary technical support, but the first heat was short-lived. In the initial phase her footrest broke, forcing her to return to the riders' quarters early.
In the second round the Limburg rider finished ninth, in the standings the Yamaha rider is now tenth, just two points behind her predecessor. And things are also going well for father!
