Gerard Congost wins the Spanish MX2 title
Gerard Congost traveled to the final of the Campeonato de Espana de Motocross MX17 with a 2-point lead. The leading position was never in danger at the Alhama de Murcia circuit. Samuel Nilsson (1-2) won the match ahead of teammate Congost (2-3) and Antonio Gallego (3-4). Due to a ninth place in the first heat, Adria Monne lost his chance for the title, but he did win the second heat.
