Victory Reisulis, Ampoorter in the points
On an adapted circuit of Agueda, Janis Martins Reisulis won the first round of the third race of the European 125cc Championship. The Yamaha rider took the win ahead of Elias Escandell and Mathis Valin. Gyan Doensen had to settle for thirteenth place while Ian Ampooter scored his first points in this championship. The F4E driver crosses the finish line in sixteenth and fellow countryman Douwe Van Mechgelen takes 24th place.
Harry Seel (36th) and Maxime Lucas (37th) unfortunately fall short of scoring. The second heat will be held tomorrow morning, the starting gate will close at 09.45 am. Please note, there is a 1 hour time difference with Portugal from Belgium and the Netherlands.
