Congost increases the pressure on Alonso
The tension in the Campeonato de Espana de Motocross MX2 is increasing due to a victory for Gerard Congost. The GasGas driver won at the Valverde circuit with a first and second place. Edgar Canet (5-1) and Victor Alonso (2-5) were allowed to climb onto the podium. Alonso remains the leader, but Congost is within six points and third man Canet is only ten points behind the leader.
This championship will continue in two weeks, at the Talavera de la Reina circuit.
