Thibault Benistant wins first series of MX2 in Arco
The Frenchman has just won the first series in the MX2 class. He beat our compatriot Luca Coenen who had been pushing hard in the final laps.
The holeshot went to Sacha Coenen, but not much further after the first corner Thibault Benistant took over the lead. After one lap he was followed by Lucas Coenen, Sacha Coenen, Simon Langenfelder and Liam Everts.
Andrea Adamo, who was able to win a series in Ponte a Egola last week, had a bad start this time and only came 24th after one lapth past. With a few minutes left in the game, Lucas Coenen made a mistake, forcing him to play the role with Benistant. However, he was close to the wheel of the Frenchman.
The last two laps were even more exciting because Coenen had once again found himself in the leader's wheel. He didn't let it get to his heart and won the heat.
