SuperEnduro: Billy Bolt keeps winning
After the competitions in Poland and Germany, Billy Bolt now also wins in Hungary. Last weekend, 12.000 spectators saw how he became the new reference in the sport.
In Budapest, Bolt won the three finals. His wins didn't come out of the blue, at least not in the first two rounds. In the first he is behind, but he manages to take the lead after three laps. He manages to shake off Dominik Ozslowsky, Cody Webb and Jonny Walker. In the second final and with the reverse grid, Bolt quickly manages to escape the traps of the matrix of the first sector. He temporarily takes charge. Then he makes a small mistake that gives Walker and Webb the advantage again. Bolt once again has the final say. In the last lap he distances himself to win well ahead of Webb and Walker.
In the World Cup standings, Bolt confirms that the red plate is firmly on his Husqvarna! With a 26 point lead over his compatriot and 60 over the Sherco driver, he can look forward to the second half of the season with confidence. The next race is on March 2 in Jerusalem.
Interim score
1. Billy BOLT 184 pts; 2. Jonny WALKER 158 pts; 3. Cody WEBB 124 pts; 4. Taddy BLAZUSIAK 105 pts; 5. Cooper ABBOTT 90 pts
