Butron triumphs, Bogers wins first round
In Montearagón, Jose Butron won the first race of the Campeonato de Espana de Motocross MX1. He had to bow out to Brian Bogers in the first round, but the Standing Construct Racing rider did not finish the second round due to a broken chain. Butron (2-1) wins the day's ranking ahead of Carlos Campano (3-2) and Simeo Ubach Sala (5-3).
This championship will continue on the last weekend of February at the Jorge Prado circuit in Lugo.
