FMWB introduces a coaching app for its top athletes
On Wednesday evening, the FMWB federation welcomed the young sporting elite of motocross and enduro to its offices to present the new ForMyFit application.
ForMyFit is an application available on both Android and iOS that, as the name suggests, allows the management of coaching and training plans for athletes. The coaches are directly connected and follow the riders' training in real time. They adjust the training plans based on the rider's fitness or an important upcoming competition.
The motorcycle federation can boast of being the first sports federation in Wallonia to offer its athletes such an application. A great initiative by the federation that invests in its young prospects.
