Technique: This is how you replace the sight glass in your brake oil reservoir
Dirt bikes with disc brakes are equipped with a master cylinder at the front and rear. Some units have a sight glass to inspect the brake oil level. With age, the glasses weather and become opaque. Few people know this, but they can certainly be replaced.
They can be replaced easily, the video shows you how to do that. Engine manufacturers do not offer this level glass as a replacement part, but it can certainly be found as an aftermarket product. Well-known brake manufacturers such as Nissin and Brembo do not sell this part separately, but you can certainly find it on sales sites such as Ebay or Amazon. In addition to the sight glass, the set also contains a new O-ring to seal the reservoir.
