Strong field of participants for the SX of Goes this weekend!!
Tonight the 28th edition of the Goes Supercross starts in the Zeelandhallen! This year, the “JobManiac Supercross of Goes” has managed to put together possibly the strongest starting field in years, if not the strongest starting field in their history!
Many international supercross experts come to the Zeelandhalen. With Cedric Soubeyras in the lead. The Frenchman has already won many supercross races in Europe, including the prestigious Geneva Supercross in Switzerland and a whole host of German and French competitions. Now Cedric Soubeyras will try to win the match in Goes. Not on one of his trusted motorcycles, but on a Fantic. Fantic, which has its head office just a half-hour drive from the Zeelandhallen in Goes, is also bringing in Lucas Imbert in addition to Cedric Soubeyras. Both Frenchmen already have tons of experience in supercross!
Who has to make it difficult for the Fantic Nederland team is the “Gert-Jan Vorstenbosch -Kees de Omroeper – FrietjeOnTour SX team”. This club of enthusiasts was able to secure no fewer than four pilots to take the start in Goes. Pilots who go by the names Boris Maillard, Yannis Irsuti, Kaarel Tilk and Paul Haberland, not the least!
In addition to them, Charles Lefrancois, Kevin Ballanger, Anthony Bourdon, Cyril Elsener and Carl Ostermann are also at the start! There will certainly not be a lack of quality in the Inters class. From the Low Countries, from Belgium: Lars Looman and Marnick Lagrou will try to compete with the European supercross toppers. The Dutch have to look forward to Jeroen Bussink, Marcus-Lee Soper and Kjell Verbruggen! And from his home country, in front of the Zeeland home crowd, Mark Boot will show his teeth and put his best foot forward.
The ticket prices are for Friday: 20 euros for adults and 15 euros for children up to and including 10 years. On Saturday tickets cost 30 euros for adults and 20 euros for children up to and including 10 years. The timetable for Friday can be found under >>click<<. You can then find the timetable for Saturday >> here <. We wish everyone, in every category: lots of fun and an injury-free weekend!
