Freestyler Julien Vanstippen injured
Julien Vanstippen announced this weekend that he had been diagnosed with three broken vertebrae. Our compatriot, who won gold at the famous X-Games this summer, crashed two weeks ago.
He has been in pain ever since and thought it was just a broken rib. Until the persistent pain warranted medical examinations, which canceled the diagnosis. An injury that forced him to cancel at least three events from his agenda. The rising star in the world of freestyle motocross was therefore not at X Gravity this weekend and will not be present at the SX in Dortmund. Vanstippen will also have to miss the Jump & Race Masters in the first weekend of February.
