EnduroGP: Andrea Verona moves up to Enduro2
Andrea Verona, never one to rest on his laurels, has decided to take a different tack in 2023 and compete in the Enduro2 category to defend his EnduroGP world title. The young Italian will therefore ride a GasGas EC 350F in the Enduro World this season.
“I'm really looking forward to the 2023 season,” says the GasGas official. “I have been wanting to challenge myself again for some time and move up to the Enduro2 class and after winning the E1 and EnduroGP classes last year, this is the perfect opportunity. I have a very good feeling about the GaSGaS Factory Racing team – we give 100% every race to be the best and that is one of the reasons why I have decided to stay with the team for another two years.”
“The bikes are great, the EC 250F clearly took me to two E1 titles and the EnduroGP world title, and I think the EC 350F will suit me perfectly too. My goals for the 2023 season are to improve my speed in all conditions and try to win even more race days than last year. The main goal is of course to win the EnduroGP title again,” explains Andrea Verona.
