Supermoto: The purest form of motorsport is looking for you!
A combination of road racing, motocross and speedway in one class, that makes supermoto perhaps the most spectacular form of motorsport! The best all-round motorcycle racers emerge here. In 2023, the KNMV Supermoto Championship will be held again during the BeNeCup competitions in the Netherlands and Belgium, and you can be there!
Supermoto is often practiced on karting circuits. About 70% of the circuit consists of asphalt, and 30% is paved off-road with some jumps and curves. This guarantees a spectacle on the track: drifting, high cornering speeds and off-road. Basically, supermotos are dirt bikes on road tires. That's how easy it is to get started. During the BeNeCup supermoto you can ride a standard dirt bike (from 65cc) with road tires. In the 'junior' class you can become acquainted with the sport from an early age. Do you have an enduro or dirt bike? In the 'originals' or 'debutants', newcomers can get acquainted with the supermoto sport at their own pace. Are you already an experienced rider? Then the highest classes offer a solution: You can progress to the Inters via the Nationals and Euro-Nationals.
Supermoto riders come from all disciplines: Motocross, road racing, enduro and minibikes. The BeNeCup facilitates supermoto competitions for all ages and levels. Often on beautiful circuits and during busy events. More information will be available soon for those who want to start the sport. The entry level is low, and with an enduro/cross bike on street tires, a leather suit and a (one-day) license you are almost ready to start!
