Spanish national team now in two divisions
Where the Netherlands sees their 'National team' disappear due to the withdrawal of the KNMV, the RFME will expand. In recent years, national coach Paco Rico has only competed with riders in the European 125cc Championship. From 2023, the “RFME MX Junior Team” will also be active in the EMX250. Gerard Congost and Samuel Nilsson will compete in this championship. Manuel López and Marco Alonso have been selected by the federation for the lightest class.
