Gianluca Facchetti says goodbye early
At the age of 22, Gianluca Facchetti has decided to distance himself from motocross. The Italian won the FIM 2017cc Junior World Championship in 125. A special achievement after he suffered life-threatening injuries during a car accident in 2015. After a season at Hutten Metaal Yamaha Racing (2020), Facchetti switched to the World Championship. It did not bring him much success and the crash in Argentina ultimately killed him.
